Arkansas Family Dental
Connecting with Prospective Patients
For most people, going to the dentist doesn’t elicit warm feelings. Luckily you can combat that with personal videos that establish connections between prospective patients and their dentists.
For most people, going to the dentist doesn’t elicit warm feelings. Luckily you can combat that with personal videos that establish connections between prospective patients and their dentists.
That’s what Phillip Young, Director of Video Production at iProv, set out to achieve with this video introducing Arkansas Family Dental and its founder, Tina Nichols.
In their own words:
“We believe video is the easiest and most effective way to get our clients’ messages to their audience. Arkansas Family Dental is very much a hometown dentistry. It has new state-of-the-art facilities we wanted to show off through the b-roll, while still making the focus of the video getting to know the dentist. We always work closely with the client in the beginning to brainstorm video ideas and goals. After we land on a strategy for the video, we either create a script, or as in this case, we create a list of interview questions. We send these over to the client ahead of time, so they know what to expect and can prepare answers if they would like. In our first production for this client, we learned that we got better results by putting the client into their working environment. We love the results we get when we have the space to keep the client in a familiar environment, versus having them come into a studio or sitting at a desk. It takes some of the pressure off of the interview and makes for a more interesting setting.
